Govex proposes a gobal and personalised solution to Public Tenders with a complete and exclusive package. Thanks to the European Public Tenders watch, clients receive those invitations to tender that are interesting to them, particularly these within their field and specialisation. Every client profile is unique, tailored made, targeted and totaly flexible.

Govex is part of the European group Bobex. The group was created in 1999 by David Schnall and Jean-Louis Van Marcke as a business-to-business market place. Services are online since September 2000 and it soon became the reference on line market place in Belgium and in Luxembourg. In 2002, the group launched its BPS e-sourcing services , helping large procurement organisations or public administrations in managing its sourcing processes on a private and customised platform. The group then started activities in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom in 2003 and France in 2005.


Olivier Greslard
Olivier has worked for many years in the commercial sector. He was responsible for the management of establishments, the direction and the development of them. He later joined the field of public procurement consultancy. A few years later, the company Govex was founded. Today, with 25 years of experience, he is at the service of his clients every day.

David Schnall
David worked for several years in the IT industry at Trasys/Tractebel where he was responsible for system developments and database administration. During his MBA, he pioneered Kellogg’s first web site. He has invaluable experience in application development, system and web design and system integration. He later joined the management consulting practices of McKinsey & Co and Arthur D. Little, where he specialised in e-business and corporate finance. David brings his extensive experience in developing technology and Internet solutions. He is a civil engineer from the VUB, and has an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Jean-Louis Van Marcke
Jean-Louis founded and led the first foreign manufacturer of storage equipment in China. For three years he ran the daily operations and was in charge of a team of over 80 employees. He later joined Arthur D. Little in Europe, where he specialised in operations management and e-business. Jean-Louis brings his extensive and proven entrepreneurial experience in a B2B environment as well as his knowledge in corporate procurement solutions. He has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Leuven, a Masters in Management from the Vlerick School and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. He is also Laureate of the Prince Albert Fund.
